Adding internal combustion heat value and adjustment
06-15
China adopts internal combustion fired bricks, and the current advanced level in China is 260~280 kcal of heat added per kg of raw material, with a generally better level of 300~320 kcal. In coal producing areas, there are high internal combustion bricks with raw materials exceeding 400kcal/kg or higher, which are somewhat wasteful. The added internal fuel includes both coal and combustible materials such as coal gangue.
When using coal blending, it is necessary to first confirm the calorific value as kcal per 1kg, divided by 300-320, which is the amount of shale that can be used per 1kg of coal. The formula is:
The calorific value of coal; 300-320=kg of shale can be added per 1kg.
If coal gangue or fly ash is used, after measuring its calorific value per 1kg, the calorific value required for sintering should be subtracted first, which is 320kcal/kg of coal gangue. The remaining calorific value is the excess calorific value, which can be divided by 300-320 to obtain the shale or clay that can be used for each 1kg of this type of coal gangue. The formula is:
(Heat generation of coal gangue -320)&pie; 300~320=the amount of shale (clay) that can be used per kg of coal gangue.
If its own heat generation is less than 320kcal, not only does it lack sufficient heat generation, but when blending coal, it should also first supplement the heat generation required for sintering.
In production, it is necessary to first calculate the mix proportion of various raw materials, adhere to quantitative matching, and evenly feed. For raw materials with large amounts such as shale, clay, and coal gangue, box feeders can be used. Adjust the feeding gate and other adjustment devices to check and keep them unchanged at any time. For fuels with small amounts of coal, more accurate automatic batching machines should be used for precise feeding, and the blending ratio should be adjusted according to changes in the calorific value of coal at any time.
The calorific value of coal should be sampled on site, that is, about 1kg should be uniformly sampled at multiple points in the coal pile. After crushing, the sample should be taken by the quartering method and dried. The calorific value should be measured in a calorimeter. It is recommended to use the parallel method to test the same sample twice, and the error should be less than 30kcal/kg. Otherwise, the test should be retested.
At the production site, each batch of coal should be sampled and tested.
