If the shaft sleeve is too large and the effective extrusion section of the reamer blade in the mud tank is too small, the mud material of the "mud tube" will fill the space left by the shaft sleeve of the reamer, or will be squeezed out of the machine mouth before it can fill the space in the middle, which will inevitably lead to "enucleation of the core brick".
Since the water film wrapped on the surface of the mud particles is the lubricant of the mud in the mud tank, the flow of the mud is accelerated after the water content of the molding is increased. Under the same conditions, the mud around the mud pipe is easier to rush to the middle, fill the vacuum, and the phenomenon of enucleation is gone.
The only way to deal with this problem is to add more water to improve the moisture content of the brick. Of course, this will not only increase the burden of drying, but also may affect the strength of the brick to a certain extent.
The permanent solution is to appropriately extend the length of the machine head so that the mud around the mud pipe has enough time to squeeze into the middle to fill the vacuum, but this will definitely increase the extrusion energy consumption, and also improve the compactness of the brick, which is helpful to improve its strength. The second is to reduce the outer diameter of the spiral reamer sleeve as much as possible and increase the effective extrusion area of the reamer blade in the mud tank as much as possible to makeThe mud layer of the "mud pipe" is thicker, more mud is extruded, and the hole of the mud pipe is smaller. It's easier to fill up.

The thrust and torque they bear are not large, so their shaft sleeves do not need to be much thick.
