There is no problem with the color and sound of the burned bricks, that is, there is a strip of skin peeling like ringworm. Careful observation shows that the strip of skin peeling is a side with mud strips facing upward. This is the water machine mouth water too much trouble. During production, it can be found that the top surface of the extruded mud strip has snake skin-like water lines or obvious watermarks, and the water under the machine mouth keeps flowing. The old machine mouth is lubricated with water to prevent the mud strip from rotting, because the mud material generates frictional resistance when passing through the machine mouth and its inner wall, and the corner of the mud strip is the concentrated area of frictional resistance of the adjacent two surfaces. Therefore, the mud material at the four corners is always less than the mud material on the large surface, walking slowly, and being pulled out of cracks. The longer the machine mouth, the greater the total resistance at the four corners, the threat of being pulled out of the crack is also more serious. With a little water, the resistance of mud with lubricant will be reduced and the crack angle will be improved a little. Since the purpose of adding water is mainly to prevent mud strips from rotting corners when using the water machine mouth, the correct approach should be to add water to the four corners, that is, the top of the water machine mouth is away from the mud strips.Drill two ø6mm water injection holes at 15~20mm, insert infusion tubes, and limit water supply. Generally speaking, 40~60 drops of water per minute are enough. This is called "good steel is used on the blade". The practice of flushing a large amount of water from the middle of the machine mouth to the mud strip will not only cause the finished product to "peel off", but also increase energy consumption during drying, thus prolonging the drying time and affecting the output.
The best choice is to switch to a dryer mouth, many of the current domestic brick factory use to prove that the effect is good.
