(Hereinafter referred to as “Liu Hang Wall Materials”) has announced good news: its… Self‑developed “Energy‑Saving Tailings Refining System” Officially approved by the Autonomous Region Science and Technology Department, Successfully selected for the 2025 Guangxi List of First (Set) Major Technical Equipment in China, with a proposed special reward of 2 million yuan.
This system represents the core equipment that Liuhang Wall Materials has been continuously refining over many years. Addressing the challenging issue of resource utilization for metallurgical tailings such as copper, tin, silver, and gold, it innovatively employs “hydraulic servo + shape-memory intelligent sorting” technology and has established a comprehensive “Five-Ring + Five-Dimensional” processing system. Through a closed-loop design encompassing the entire process—from feeding and crushing to smelting, sorting, and tailings treatment—and by integrating five-dimensional material balance control, it has overcome the technical bottlenecks of low efficiency and insufficient recovery rates inherent in traditional processes. Several key technical indicators now meet domestic standards. To master this technology, the company has invested a total of 8 million yuan in R&D, assembled a core R&D team of 26 members, and developed a complete technological solution and equipment system with independent intellectual property rights.
According to reports, the 2 million yuan in reward funds will be entirely allocated to technological innovation and equipment upgrades, including the research and development of intelligent automation equipment, optimization of existing production lines, and capacity expansion, thereby helping enterprises to refine the positive cycle of “R&D — Commercialization — Revenue — Re‑R&D.”
As a renowned representative of the Liubei District’s “Science & Technology Small — High‑Tech Enterprise — Gazelle” tiered cultivation system, Liuhang Wall Materials’ recent breakthrough not only highlights its innovative strength but also validates the effectiveness of Liubei District’s efforts to build an industrial ecosystem centered on “science and technology innovation + industry + industrial parks.”
At present, the Autonomous Region Science and Technology Department has allocated the reward funds, and the enterprise smart equipment upgrade program has entered the preparatory phase.
