In-kiln body burst
09-03
When the residual moisture of the bricks entering the kiln is too high, the initial heating rate of the preheating zone exceedsAt 25~35 ℃/h, the steam rapidly vaporized in the blank is too late to be discharged and the brick is extruded. The higher the residual moisture, the more serious the situation, and even the top of the kiln can hear the sound of cracking, especially the bricks that have just entered the preheating zone after squatting. Because the temperature of this section is higher at this time, it is more likely to burst. If only the preheating zone heats up rapidly, the residual moisture is not too high, and the water vapor often only squeezes through the surface of the brick billet, forming spider web-like fine cracks. In this regard, in addition to controlling the residual moisture of the billet entering the kiln to be less than 6%, the preheating zone should be appropriately extended to make the slow temperature rise and uniform dehydration, and the gate should be slowly raised and raised after the squatting fire and the wheel kiln burning paper block.
