The other is over-fire black heart, black heart is blue black, shiny, scraping hands without dyeing hands, ferrous oxide generated for anoxic combustion, sound crisp, high strength, sometimes slightly deformed, not beautiful. The reason is that the roasting zone heats up faster, the surface layer is sintered prematurely, oxygen cannot enter, and the roasting temperature is also high.
Therefore, it is necessary to maintain a reasonable heating rate during roasting, and scientifically select the sintering temperature range and roasting insulation time, so that the brick is cooked and burned through without burning.
