In general, the summer, rainy season should be used in the form of strong ventilation capacity of the stack. The stacking should be thinner, while in winter, the stacking should be denser. The stacking form should be of moderate ventilation capacity. In summer, the temperature is high and the rainfall is concentrated. The stacking should be thinner and the kang legs should be higher. It is advisable to use the legs of the vertical billet kang, and the spacing between the billets in the billet stack should also be appropriately enlarged. In winter, the cold weather and the ambient temperature are low, and the password should be appropriate. The billet stack of the cooling belt cools quickly. The air temperature flowing from the cooling belt to the firing belt is relatively low. The back fire of the firing belt is often relatively weak and green bottom is easy to occur. Therefore, it is better to have slightly lower kang legs, slightly smaller billet spacing center, and the stack body can be mainly straight and inclined. The temperature is moderate in spring and autumn. The density of the yard kiln should also be suitable for summer and winter. If there is rainy season, the thin code should still be noted.
The code kiln method should be adapted to the fuel performance. After the fuel performance changes, the code kiln method must be adjusted accordingly. First of all, the form of the blank stack should be adapted to the fuel, which has been mentioned earlier. Secondly, the kang legs should be convenient for the combustion of the fuel at the bottom. The fuel with large ash should be of high type kang legs, and the leg spacing should also be larger. The adjustment of the kiln method when the firing speed of the blank stack section is inconsistent and the fire degree is uneven: the upper firing speed is fast. When the roasting speed of the lower part is slow, the density of the middle and lower parts of the blank can be reduced while the upper part of the blank stack is encrypted. The most effective measure to reduce the density of the middle and lower parts of the blank can be reduced. "For example, using two straight and one inclined stack bodies instead of one inclined stack body, reducing the number of legs or the number of straight blank heads on kang legs is also a common and effective method; of course, the lower part of the thinning must ensure that the billet stack is stable. When the medium fire is faster than the side fire, the middle part can be properly coded. If it is an internal combustion brick, the middle part should not be coded, and some horizontal blanks or bands can be added until the effect of middle and edge resistance is balanced. When a medium fire is slow and a side fire block is encountered, the opposite measure should be taken. All in all, when the fire runs at different speeds and the firing speed is uneven. Which part is slow, in which part to take the form of ventilation capacity is stronger, or reduce the density of the kiln in this part, change the form of billet stack, change the distribution of fuel in the roasting road space.
If uneven fire degree is found on the section of the fired brick stack, the kiln method shall be adjusted according to whether internal combustion brick or external combustion brick is used. The general rule is: when internal combustion bricks are fired, which part is not hot enough, it is encrypted at which part; On the contrary, when burning bricks outside. If the fire degree of one part is not enough, the density of the code blank will be reduced at that part. The adjustment of the kiln method should also change with the amount of internal fuel. When burning bricks outside, first of all, great attention should be paid to the selection of the form of fire eye batch blank pile. The height of kang legs should be adapted to the ash content of fuel. When the density of the whole kiln can be controlled between 200 and 300 m3 of internal combustion bricks, the role of fire eye should also be paid attention to, and the density of the whole kiln blank can be appropriately increased, control at 260 pieces/m3 of all-purpose combustion bricks, so that when the bricks are fired in super-purpose combustion, the fire eye blank stack has lost its function. Generally, the fire eye batch blank stack is no longer stacked, and the density of the all-purpose kiln is relatively low.
