The reason why the moisture content of the two halves of the same brick blank is too different: the first spiral reamer of the extruder is different from the other reamers, and there is a secondary blade. During production, there are strict requirements on the position, helix angle and size of the secondary blade. In production, it can be found that the main blade of the reamer is only worn on the front, and its back is basically unchanged. The secondary blade of the reamer is also worn on the front and back, its service life is half shorter than that of the main leaf.
This is because the mud in the mud tank is pushed forward by the spiral reamer blade. If the first spiral reamer has only the main blade, the reamer tip of the main blade will turn on that side, and that side will squeeze out more mud, and the corresponding side can only be"By the way, bring some" mud out. With a secondary leaf symmetrical to the main leaf, the situation is different. The mud pushed by the reamer at the back was split by the auxiliary leaf, so the main leaf and the auxiliary leaf pushed the mud together to the machine mouth. The mud on both sides of the extruded mud strip was basically the same. This half was not hard, but the other half was soft.
Therefore, under the condition that no auxiliary leaves are required, the moisture content of the two halves of the same brick blank is obviously different at the same time, and the greater the difference in moisture content to the two ends of the brick blank, the greater the difference in moisture content to the two ends.The difference of about 20mm is more than 2 percentage points.
Therefore, in the process of drying and sintering, the hard half of the brick blank has less water content and less shrinkage, while the other side shrinks more. same brick billetCan "each sing its own tune" not produce cracks?
Once the auxiliary blade of the first section of spiral reamer wears too much, it can be seen in production that the mud strip does not move forward in a straight line but crawls in a serpentine shape. The first section of spiral reamer must be replaced immediately and repaired without fear of trouble.
