Causes and Prevention of Finished Brick Corner

Corner drop is a common disease of ordinary solid bricks. It means that the four corners of the bricks are very fragile and will break when touched. The bricks transported to the construction site are not all oval-shaped because of the extruder.The spiral reamer is seriously worn, especially the inevitable consequence when the outer diameter of the blade of the first spiral reamer is worn to the point that it cannot cover the four corners of a brick.
ExtruderThe mud inside is pushed forward by the blades of the rotating spiral reamer. Only when the area of the spiral reamer blade is larger than the cross-sectional area of the extruded mud strip can it be possible to fully press the mud strip to extrude the complete mud strip. If the outer diameter of the spiral reamer blade is smaller than the circumscribed circle of the mud strip section, the part that cannot be pressed can only "eat" the mud "leaked" from the outer edge of the reamer blade, which is not compacted and has high moisture content, the corners of the burned bricks are loose and fall off when touched.
In fact, this situation is easy to find when the mud strips come out: if the corners of the newly cut brick are much softer than other parts, or even if the water is squeezed out, the corners may fall off.
