The reason for this defect is that the roller on the mud bed for transporting the mud strips is uneven, or some of the rollers are covered with mud blocks, so that the mud strips move forward in a wave shape, bending out internal injuries until they are exposed after drying and sintering, which is hopeless. Therefore, we must pay close attention to the walking condition of the mud strip. We must move forward smoothly and straight. We must not swing from side to side or jump up and down. Otherwise, we should stop the machine immediately to find out the cause and eliminate the fault before resuming production.
