For this reason, each shift of roasting personnel in production must check whether the sand sealing grooves on both sides of the kiln wall "run off". The method is to look at the sand sealing plate of the kiln car at the head or tail of the kiln. Only the side of the sand sealing plate close to the kiln wall is allowed to have fire, and the side of the sand sealing plate close to the wheel is never allowed to have any light. Otherwise, the cause should be found out and handled properly. The brick factory that burned out 68 sets of bearings in the above-mentioned day was that the sand retaining wall of the sand sealing groove was broken, and the sand could not be stored. It was not repaired in time and had to pay a heavy price. At the same time, the personnel at the end of the kiln car should always check the bearings or wheels of the kiln car, and should not be too hot to touch them. The personnel who repair the kiln car should check the kiln car. Once the sand sealing plate is found to be burnt out, it should be replaced immediately.
