The cushion layer of the car surface should be solid and flat to ensure that the brick blank is not skewed and sunk, and the blank stack is stable;
The enclosure of large refractory bricks around the cushion layer of the car surface must be complete and stable. Those with damaged edges and missing corners should be removed and replaced immediately. The method of grabbing a handful of mud to touch is self-deception. The bricks embedded on both sides of these enclosures form a tortuous seal with the kiln wall. The two ends form a tortuous seal with the adjacent kiln car to prevent the cold wind from moving up under the car. If damaged, can it be sealed?
The sand sealing plate shall be flat, intact, complete and stable, and the part inserted into the sand shall not be less30mm ~ 50mm, otherwise it shall be replaced;
The tenons and tenons at both ends of the car shall be intact without deformation, and the refractory materials filled in the grooves shall be sufficient to ensure that the joints of the two cars do not leak air;
The wheel shaft is not allowed to move left and right, so as to prevent the car body from swaying left and right during operation and damaging the kiln wall. During the inspection, the car body can be levered left and right with steel drill, and the car body is not allowed to swing. During the inspection and repair of wheels and bearings, the axle is not allowed to move left and right, otherwise, measures shall be taken to fix them.
